4 Shift to fresh and bio

Eat freshly harvested fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds. You follow the seasons so the energy in the food will transferred directly into your body. These organic foods contain the more healthy proteins, fats, carbs, sugars, fibers, minerals and vitamins.

Also avoid chemicals in all foods. In the 20th century people started consuming more processed food and food that was treated with chemicals like insecticides, pesticides and antibiotics. This caused the widespread problem of stomach diseases.

Opt for fruits and vegetables produced by bio farmers. If you buy directly from the bio farmer, you will probably pay a more affordable price.

If a vegetarian or vegan diet is not an option for you, opt for chicken, eggs, dairy products, red meat or fish that was treated well and who lived a happy life without farmers accelerating their growth and fertility.

Go for the Bio or Organic label or for MSC label or purchase directly from farmers you trust.
