6 Shift to water

Water is purifying, cleansing and refreshing your body.

Try to drink 2 liter of water each day. Ideally the water is cold and pure. Alternatively, it is also good to drink hot water with herbs or sparkling water.

Always shift from beer, wine, softdrinks and fruit juices towards water.

Replace wine, beer, softdrinks and fruit juices by water.

Alcoholic drinks and softdrinks contain high levels of bad sugars and fats. These will cause calories that stick to you, resulting into overweight.

Fruit juices have different structures as their pure variations. An apple contains usefull fibers whereas apple juice lacks these fibers and contains more sugars and acid that is detrimental for stomach and teeth. So always opt for the pure fruit.
