Healthy snack ideas

We can recharge in a very healthy way. Did you know that nuts, seeds and whole fruits are great sources for proteins, calcium, fibers, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and many more nutrients?

I will now share some great ideas to fill your snack box with all nutrition levels. I ordered them from low to higher calories. Beware that each snack combination has its own credentials.

The winner in the lowest calories category is the combination with the paprika (pepper).

The winner in highest protein category is a draw.

The winner in the lowest sugar category is the paprika/pepper again, however we know that the sugars in an apple, grape, carrot or orange are super healthy so we do not bother that much 😉

The winner in the highest calcium and vitamin C categories is the orange nut combination.

The winner in the highest fibers category is the apple and apple pear combination.

The carrot nuts combination wins the potassium contest.
