No more Pasta Bolognese on kids menus

If you go to restaurants with your kids, you will find on most kids menus one of the most tasty but also unhealthy recipes regarding nutrition.

The pasta is never whole grain so it will already contain too much sugar and too limited fibers. Which is worse, in the case the pasta has been overcooked (not al dente), then the fibers are fully diminished and the carbs are fully converted into sugar.

The melted cheese as a topping adds animal-based proteins that are super fat and the dairy might cause allergic reactions since humans are the only species on the earth who drink milk from another species.

Let’s hope that the tomato sauce is as organic and fresh as possible 😇

We reimagined the Pasta Bolognese: a tasty combination of whole grain pasta with fresh tomato sauce, lots of other vegetables and nutritious Italian herbs, and a creamy soya topping. Hungry?
