- Most of the non-alcoholic alternatives of wines and beers still contain up to 0,5% alcohol.
- The way they have been dealcoholized, will leave in some cases a lot of sugar so be carefull when selecting your alcohol-free alternative!
- Since there are no fibers and a lot of sugars in these non-alcoholic beers, you should watch out that you do not consume to much of it !

Ingredients
- 15 cl Belle & Co Sparkling Rosé
Instructions
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Heat the sesame oil into a sauce pan. Add the garlic. Let it cook during 2 minutes.
- Add the risotto to the saucepan. Let it blend with the garlic. Then add the 400 ml water and some salt. Heat during 15 minutes until the risotto has absorbed all the water.
- Slice the carrots and yellow carrots in thin half moons.
- Heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil in another saucepan. Add the carrots and heat during 5 minutes.
- Cut the Chinese cabbage in the length and add to the carrots. Also add the vegetable broth. Also seson with pepper and salt. Let is steam with a closed lid during 5 more minutes.
- Cut the chicken in small blocks.
- Heat 1 tbsp of sunflower oil in another saucepan to heat the chicken blocks.After 5 minutes add the chilli sauce, ketjap and soya sauce.
- Crusg the peanuts in the meanwhile.
- Serve the garlic rice, vegetables and spicy sweet and sour chicken together with the peanuts.
