Start by preparing your grocery list.
If not well prepared, one thing is sure. You will be seduced by products being placed at eyesight by the supermarket. You will take processed food or other unhealthy food in your shopping basket without noticing it.

- 0,5 tbsp almonds
- 0,5 tbsp pecans
- 0,5 tbsp hazelnuts
- 0,5 tbsp Brazil nuts

Focus mainly on the water, herbs, fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, whole grain products, olive oil, fresh spices and herbs, soya products so that you have a great basis for nutrition.
Then add fresh chicken, eggs, fresh fish, tofu to the shopping basket.
If your shopping basket, your appetite and budget still allows 😇 start adding other products to your shopping basket like dairy products (milk, yoghurt and cheese), red meat, potatoes, pressed juices, softdrinks, snacks and processed foods.
