Why is pizza so tasty… but also super unhealthy?

Pizza is layered with a dough that is not whole-grain so containing unhealthy sugars and missing fibers, plus melted cheese with saturated fats and animal-based proteins causing lactose allergy, in many cases a processed tomato sauce. Let’s hope that the toppings of vegetables and fish and meat add healthy fibers, proteins, carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals, however I don’t bet on that.

So let’s reimagine pizza 😇 We would encourage to shift to whole grain dough, in combination with soy cream and fresh tomato cream. If you add the topping, do not forget to add fresh basil, oregano, sage, rosemary and other fresh herbs containing vitamins and minerals.
